Cancellation Policy
To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. Bookings are confirmed only after the deposit is received. Clients may reschedule their session by providing at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may not be accommodated and may require a new booking. Cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit. In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible. Final payment must be completed on or before the day of the shoot/event. All edited images will be delivered digitally within the agreed timeframe. RAW (unedited) images may be provided depending on the selected package. By booking our services, you agree to allow Arman’s Digital Snapshots to use selected images for portfolio, website, and social media promotion unless otherwise requested in writing.
